After no response from Scott’s after multiple phone calls, (no answer) multiple messages, (leave your number and we will call you back) and multiple e-mails, (no reply) I gave up. Problem with product and no response from e-mail request.

No one answers the phone. If you ask the auto prompt for a call back there is no call back. If you send e-mails to the consumer help address as requested there is no e-mail response.
