Roaches and pocketing the money

I went there Saturday at noon with both kids, not only was a roach crawling by the pasta but the cashier “Sierra” pocketed the money.. when I asked for my receipt she gave me somebody else’s. I’ve called for 3 days trying to get the general manager, apparently she is never in? Horrible and disgusting.

Overcharging with attitude

Got the Stromboli combo priced on menu at $11.69 but at ring up was charges $14.52. I ask why. Cashier told me because ” no more key”. I asked for the mgr. Asked her why, she said ” the problem is they didn’t program this into the system”

No Pizza Slices available!

April 15th 2019 3pm Clintonville OH Sbarro drive thru took 4 minutes to greet an empty drive thru. Took my order then told me they HAD NO SLICES of pizza available. WTH… Isn’t this basically your bread and butter?

Out of bread at Philly airport

Just ordered spaghetti and chicken at airport and after I paid they told me that they were out of garlic sticks! Offered me a free meatball! They don’t get it! 6 pm and out of bread. Said I could come back in 30 min! Really! Done with them!
