Poor Service
Hello! I was a little surprised, we took the child's phone to the open contract and came to AuMobile with the number from the bee, filled in the questionnaire, etc. TT Which month passed, thinking that a friend was paying the bill and the friend thought that I seemed to be fine, but that we found that no one or the other was not receiving the bill, I was surprised. Debt began to accumulate, but we do not receive information, nothing comes at all, not even bills. How long would you not be informed that the case would be handed over to the debt collector, then look up? When I went to customer service, the customer service specialist indicated that there was no e-mail, phone no. Did not learn to explain how the situation arose when entering data into the system. What surprises me is that we were not informed at all that we had not paid. Because the bill for the phone loan itself is paid. To whom to send info, they had to,even on the phone number itself. They would have sent some information or tried to find out, but nothing. It is unfortunate that if it had not been understood, our debt would certainly have grown large until we were sought by a debt collector.
