Sliced Shipment

Today 07/11/2020 I received in the mail my shipment which was open, cut and damaged. As you cut, you could also glue it close! I have lost shipping details. Cut the wires that were inside the package. Everything is damaged. HOW WOULD CUSTOMERS TAKE THE SHIPMENT INVITATION SHEETS TO YOU? Would you accept? How do I use my ordered lighting now if you've cut the wires?
