No order status after 5 days

Third time ordering in store and never filled even though multiple stores had item. No email response, nothing at all. But charged me up front as if the item would ship immediately. They should tell you its a gamble to place an order. User’s recommendation: Don’t order in store go elsewhere.

I got a Valentino by Mario bag and the strap is broken

Hi I got. The Bag and the gold piece to the strap broke. For that amount it should be replaced. When I spoke to someone they were no help at all. I shop here all the time it was very bad customer service.
