Poor Service

I'm patient, but for the second time in a row, I'm having trouble delivering a package using Dpd. Communication is difficult because they do not answer calls and packages are mysteriously stuck somewhere at some stage of sending. I will no longer use the services they offer. I believe that if a company offers a service, then it must be able to meet or at least inform the customer about the delay in the delivery of the package and specify the date when then waiting for the customer to choose to wait or refuse.
