Installed the wrong decoder
I applied for the HelioTv promotion for 21. 50 dollars, who was promised a 4k decoder with a new bluetooth remote control! When installing it at home, there were people who didn't really understand anything about it and when they came home, they saw the old (Motorola) decoder installed! Press on the remote control to switch the channel takes ~ 2sec and switches the channel - super. Call and complain... of course looking for useless excuses 1. The offer did not promise to have a 4k decoder, but on the side of the screen was a picture with text about the new decoder! 2. You applied for the offer on December 24, but the offer was only until December 23! So when can I apply for 24 if I could only get to 23? I don't know what you consider your customers to be... Of course, after long complicated and pointless conversations, however, I will come to the decoder who will HAVE TO DRIVE ITSELF!
