The tool registration process on line is a quagmire of misleading information. I simply couldn’t register my new product. User’s recommendation: Buy a different brand!

I purchased a Ryobi 18 volt battery power charger in March or April 2020. About 10 months ago, the fan blades started breaking despite using properly.
