Battery not charging

Their robot asked me to call back later. They are too busy for me right now. The battery life on rhino 30v system is very poor or I have a defective battery User’s recommendation: Don’t purchase.

Ryobi weed eater 18v

Well I’ve had 3 Ryobi 18v weed eater all about 6 months…1st one had an issue with the motor. 2nd one where it cuts.that whole piece just fell off.3 one I just got.hopefully it last User’s recommendation: Easy to assemble..but I’ve had 2 that broke.

Brand new Lithium batteries are shipped without enough charge for the chargers to work

My brand new Ryobi batteries ordered are shipped soo low in charge they won’t charge at all.. The replacements sent are no different.
