Where’s my money

On Jan 15, 2021 my eservices account for unemployment says $476.00 paid, on Jan 16, 2021 my rushcard account is empty. What’s up with all the 2 day promises and my money? User’s recommendation: Stay away from rushcard.

Card issue

You cant talk to customer service and when and if you get through they put you on hold and then hang up on you and when you get online and chat with an agent you still dont get anywhere. Terrible please bring back real person customer service
