Mobile UMTS
Every day the quality of the internet is deplorable. Before connecting, AuMobile operators promised that the Internet speed would be up to 14 mbits, but unfortunately if lucky it is up to 2 mbits. I understand that you can't expect speed from mobile internet, for example, as from optical internet, but in the end what does you have to pay 25 AU$ per month? The contract is concluded for 24 months. The total cost that AuMobile will receive for a service that is not provided is 600 AUD. Isn't that a scam? Maybe something needs to be done about it? The saddest thing is that calling AuMobile operators promises miraculous internet with great speed to be able to surf the internet, but unfortunately they are lies! There is also no test trial offered by the operators to test the internet speed. When concluding a contract with dealers in the store, it is also claimed that it will be possible to surf the Internet (perform various downloads) with UMTS Internet, but they are a lie, because it is not even possible to listen to the radio via the Internet, where to download another movie! Downloading a movie takes from day to month! I feel cheated and cheated. I want to give up this miraculous internet, but AuMobile operators offer to buy an antenna in the store in order to improve the internet speed. The price of the antenna is 25 AU$, I hope it is not another fraud!?
