Extremely poor service
I ordered the product from Germany, unfortunately it was delivered via Itella. The deadline was promised on January 20-23. Today, January 26, there is no package. Itella gives false information that an attempt was made to deliver the package, but no one opened the door - they are lying, they had not called the door or the phone, You can't call this office, no one is picking up the phone.
