I paid 20.00 extra for a 3 to 7 day deliver. 1 weeks later nothing!!!! Ild NEVER order from here again!! User’s recommendation: Don’t pay for faster delivery it’s a scam.

Keep getting the run a round and flat out lied to via ‘chat’ on rotita site re: return.

DSent a chat text as that is the only option they give you to request a return, as per their return policy, you must do this prior to to be able to return anything. Sent the first request on 5/20, and was told it was being processed and I would receive an email within 12 hours….. came... Read more➤
