Rossi Nails wouldnt provide a delivery date for order that was 8 weeks overdue (USPS website indicates as of today its still awaiting receipt of the shipment). Their response: sorry and keep waiting. Theyre scammers! Buyer beware!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy! They’ll take your money.
