I ordered my products over five weeks ago no one has ever responded back with any information about my tracking. I tracked my package and no information is available five weeks ago and Im still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this matter. User’s recommendation: Would not recommend.

HAVEN’T RECEIVED ORDER AND WON’T REFUND MONEY

HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER! THEY WON’T ANSWER PHONES, FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE VIA EMAIL AND ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS, WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS. I ASKED FOR REFUND NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT TO ME, ALMOST $100. User’s recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Never received package… refusing refund

I ordered over a month ago and have asked 4 separate times for a refund of $200.22 and they refuse to give me one. Ive had to contact my bank and file a dispute because of it. They have terrible customer service! User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No product sent

I ordered on 3/20 and got an order number and havent gotten anything since. $70 lost because you can not get in touch with anyone and the wont respond to email inquiries. I would love my money back since I cant get a freaking product but this is a very hard lesson learned. User’s recommendation: Scam.
