Poor Service

I'm one of many people who want to write instead of being silent! My district mail is very poor service. Letters are sent to other addresses and parcels too! Very bad attitude, if postmen already have such a very bad salary why do they work at all? I am very disappointed and when I called the mail to complain I was retorted that in general I should be happier that my package at least someone has received! What is this nightmare? And why doesn't anyone call me that the package has arrived or the note has been thrown away? Please talk to your staff, especially RURAL AREAS!
