I ordered my granddaughter a mother’s ring and have not received it yet

Mothers ring had 2 sons name with birth stone. 1st son Connor birth stone is January 2nd son Cameron birth stone is February in side of band was we love you mommy. I need to know why I have not received the ring. Thank you
