Dont buy anything from roseinside.com if you are looking for fast shipping or easy tracking

I ordered a ring from roseinside.com on 12-17-19 and it said they would email me my info to track my package.. Its now 1-5-19 and I have yet to receive an email from them and the ring still hasn’t come in the mail. Is there any way I can contact them to figure thing’s out?
