Defective Item

Hello! I want to tell you about, really "piggy" behavior. Searching for a gas stove, I found the most suitable one in the online store 220. US. I called, I picked it up myself, took it home and without taking it out of the package right away, I waited until a specialist could come who could connect me to the stove. As the matter was not in a hurry and the old gas stove was working, it turned out that the stove in the package stood with me for almost a month. The "gas old man" came to me, opened the packaging and was surprised to see that my new gas stove had been broken - with the top lid resting on only one paw and the lid on which there are burners, does not match the holes provided for the burners. The guarantee for me, of course, is to call 220. en, there I am told that they do not bear any responsibility, because I am alone and I am to blame, and then what have I done with it for so long, that now I call so much. At first they told me to lead and they would look into the case. Then they called and said that all I could do was send them pictures by e-mail, but I had no chance to get a new one or get my money back. When I received the product, I had to look back at the packaging, because I was not paying 5 dollars. But I wonder if I really should know what a damaged package looks like, but I don't buy gas stoves every day, there was a crack in the foam, but I already thought that once the store sells one, then everything should be fine. And the warehouse manager remembered my gas stove very well, and the packaging was not to blame. You must think that is why you remember that everything was wrong there. As the old gas stove had already been removed, the helpful "gas man" offered to try to straighten, because to eat but to somehow be prepared is. It is unfortunate to realize that the question - do you need delivery - actually means that they will be able to "smear" their own accepted defective equipment. And that no one can really be trusted - there are those grumpy buyers there.I will be like that now If I wanted to buy a damaged product, I would buy it in a winch, but when I buy a new product, I would still like to receive a new product.
