Washer is making a terrible noise. It is the worst machine I have ever had

I need someone to call me and tell me what to do. This washer is the worst headache that I ever had. 910-540-****. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a Roper Washing Machine.

Unacceptable, all of it

Bought a brand new washer from lowes and less than 3 months later the washer doesn’t work and I’ve now been on hold for half an hour. This WILL be fixed. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from them.
