Broken dehydrated trays

I need to replace my trays. I called Ronco they told me they are not in stock. I can buy a new dehydrator for $38.00. 2 trays that I saw on Amazon was $25.00 is. I’m not sure why they broke apart. They were very brittle. The heating element is working just fine. Any help I can... Read more➤

No response from Ronco.

I have not received any response from Ronco. Would not recommend to buy from. Product is sub par & based on no response, I will not recommend to anyone. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from Ronco.
