So I was kind of an idiot, and I accidentally put the wrong address into the website. I contacted my local Postal Service but they said that it had already started to be returned. And I wanted to get a refund, or find some sort of way to get my package back.
I had the package delivered to me around Thursday 05/27/21 but then it got sent back due to insufficient address. About two days later i waited and there was no sighting of my package anywhere. Don't go into customer issues
I have been a Liva customer for many dozen years. I did not go into the description of the contract. Despite the fact that I did not refuse their service, the penalty had to be paid because Livas does not serve when changing the address. Indeed, it was not possible to address this issue individually. Be careful with the contract. Choose contracts for an indefinite period. Because everything in life can change suddenly.
