I have contacted the local post office and they have told me to contact the sender. I tried using the customer service bot and it didnt help. I am getting annoyed and would just like my items shipped to the correct address.
They took money out my account twice my grandson order clothes off here I dont know this company and they so disrespectful to go in ur account twice for the same dam thang who does that I will not order from here nomore and I hope the stuff he ordered is coming

I have been a Liva customer for many dozen years. I did not go into the description of the contract. Despite the fact that I did not refuse their service, the penalty had to be paid because Livas does not serve when changing the address. Indeed, it was not possible to address this issue individually. Be careful with the contract. Choose contracts for an indefinite period. Because everything in life can change suddenly.
