Yesterday I placed a $317 order with your company. This morning August 4 2021 at 5 pm my bank authorized and paid your company the amount of the order but iam yet to receive a order confirmation number or any form of notification from your company about my order

I have contacted the local post office and they have told me to contact the sender. I tried using the customer service bot and it didnt help. I am getting annoyed and would just like my items shipped to the correct address.

I have been a Liva customer for many dozen years. I did not go into the description of the contract. Despite the fact that I did not refuse their service, the penalty had to be paid because Livas does not serve when changing the address.
