Hello, i just pirchased one of your products from Amazon, its a romoss 20+, i charged it 1 time, took 7 or 8 hours, till the indicator res 100%, then plugged it i to charge my phone and it worked but now 20 mi later , it wasent even plugged in, now it seems like its dead....

Good day, I would like to write a complaint about a romoss 10000 mAh power bank that exploded while charging at our home. It almost burned our house down. The explosion resulted to damaged Wifi router, telephone, extension wires and cell phone chargers. Looking forward to your response.
