poor quality service

hello. we buy coupons with a discount through izzi.org trip to Oakland from there agency dimar tour. pa by phone we contact them they all described us beautifully. when we to there we drive so called our guide Lolita tells all kinds of nightmares about the old man! the bus was abnormal heat! when we were already in Oakland buses were shopping around the city for an hour looking for a parking place.. when we got off the bus the so called guide didn't know where to go for 40 minutes we run to her but she doesn't tell us anything and doesn't even look at whether everyone can run behind her! (OUR BUS WAS ALSO WOMEN'S YEARS) then we got all tired and we told when we would go for a walk with our company. but where we were looking for a bus whose street she didn't explain to us at all. it was dry cold and it was raining heavily we were frozen. we get warmed up in a cafe and met a great woman who invented ISTA GIDE. we hired her for our money and were very satisfied. we start looking for a bus and only thanks to the man who also inventions is from Australia explained where the sightseeing buses stand. back when driving the bus was again unreal heat and the so-called guide did not tell us anything more! there is nothing to do! for which we pay money?
