Ac compressor pully not working right chrysler pacifica 2007 4.0

I have all the parts I needed for the a/c pump ..that I bought from you .. the pully doesn’t work right .the pully on it is off alittle and it’s eating the belt ..I would like either a trade in or my money User’s recommendation: Yes when I get a/c traded in from you.

I do apologize, I’m not sure where that came from. I do hate the fact that I couldn’t speak with a person concerning my problem, but I’m not “pissed”

Im not sure where pissed came from but I do wish there were humans available to help when consumers arent able to find correct parts as not to have to send back and reorder parts a 2nd or 3rd time. Faulty shipment

I ordered 4 shocks and received only 1 shock today,my concern was the invoice that came in the box with the shock saying I ordered only one,it appears the remaining 3 shocks are in transit,that was supposed to be here by the end of day,it’s 9:47 pm Saturday 14th
