Big Show but No Go.. Not getting in contact with anyone from Roark

We purchased a Package and PNF $3186. We are wanting to take the Alaska Cruise in July 2020 and can not get any help.. People we talk to are very distant and do not answer our calls.

The mattress cover had blood stains on it.

The beds are terrible. I took a mattress topper to put on the bed. When I pull the sheets( by the way they do not have fitted sheets.) I took my own. The mattress cover was worn out and had blood stains on it. They did bring me another one. The house keeper said to me…
