Poor service
On August 25 of this year, we took my mother to the oncology outpatient clinic for a doctor's consultation. Not knowing how long it will take to agree to pick up a ticket for 4.00 dollars. When he threw 4.00 dollars in the machine, the check came out for only 2.00 dollars, of course the rest went back to the already unnatural. No one answered the call at the phone number provided. After an hour the man got to take it again. The two-hour visit cost us 6.00 dollars. The man also told the controller, but the answer was that he knew nothing. Driving home to Buffalo after a couple of hours, we got a call. When the man exhibited everything, he said that returning the money back, but we were already outside Cleveland.
