They don't care what and how
Good evening! Just received a response from citypark, thought for the first time will understand and stay on alert. I let them get into my situation, namely, the first time I visited this store and I was wrong - I was not familiar with the terms of use of the parking lot, as a result of which I did not enter the registration number of the car. Arriving at the supermarket, I parked the car and went to the supermarket to promo & carry to draw a customer card and make purchases. I went to the supermarket with my little son, who was capricious and drew my attention, so after filling out the customer card questionnaire, I quickly went shopping, after leaving the parking lot and went home. The total time I was in the supermarket was about 20 minutes. Please citypark review my contract and cancel the penalty issued to me with a warning, given that I am acting in good faith and in no way wanting to override the parking lot., and in view of the extraordinary situation in the country, I have lost my job and with small children. The answer came to me seems like a simple copy paste standard answer. The Commission has carefully examined this case and has decided that there is no reason to annul the reduction of the sentence imposed to 30, as there is no evidence but there are cameras.! It's just that they don't care what and how and don't want to get into my situation.
