Problem contacting help in UK

Eventually got through to chat via text and issues resolved. Not before I foolishly called the number on the email from Airbnb and incurred large phone charges due to it being in USA!

Fraud Case

Transferred money to a fake revolut account. When reaching out to revolute the company did not take action accordingly. User’s recommendation: Avoid revolut!

Some money was accidentally sent into someone else’s account. Asked Revolut to transfer it to the correct account after supplying all the details. Less than helpful.

Contacted me a few times, used GDPR as an excuse. Load of rubbish. Unhelpful and will be looking for an alternative card. User’s recommendation: Find a card issuer with better customer service.
