Resolved: Cancelling reservation

Update by user May 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user May 17, 2021 I made a reservation and tried to cancel within 15 minutes. I spoke to an agent and she said the hotel reservation was non cancelable and I couldn’t get a refund.... Read more ➤
