No money back on time
I dared to order a product through the BonPrix catalog and I must say that for the last time! I sent the product back because it did not fit. But the story that this office promises to return the money in about a month and it is written in their own i-store rules. It's been a month, but there is no money. I called, asked..... the lady at the other end of the phone is very brave, addresses the customer by name as an old girlfriend, and tells me that I will not receive the money even earlier than 2 weeks! Because you see such a work style for them, the returned product has been in stock for a whole month, then it is reviewed, etc. When I ask for the management phone number, I am educated that the management does not speak American or foreign but English. But I am happy to speak English! The lady doesn't like such a replica either and she just "drops"handset. I call a second time and ask how this lovely lady is called to know who to refer to in the complaint letter I will send, she will "drop" the handset again. I probably don't understand anything?!?!?!? From an ordinary citizen, have I turned into a lender of money for the BonPrix office? Well and where then my interest please? Besides, this nice phone conversation that really surprised me. Where can you find such "nice" operators? So that I warn. Before sending the goods, know that you will receive the money not in about a month (according to yourself), but in less than 2 months :(And in general, why send the goods through the catalog if you can go to the store and get everything at once...... Mrs. you wish me a lot of "nice" phone calls!
