Money Oh taken out of my checking account I said she’s having to go

I have to deductions out of my checking account that I did not I approve and I want to know why it was taken I am before I dont understand how people can take my money away I wanna know why

I want my temporary account closed immediately that was opened for the Refund Transfer account that was opened

Can’t get a real human on the phone to close my temporary Refund Transfer account. I have NEVER dealt with such incompetence and shadiness from a bank! I want this account closed NOW, not at the end of 2021!! User’s recommendation: Run don’t walk the other way before you even think about doing business with this bank!!
