Received defective part. Repairs Universe evaluated the part that I returned at my own expense. They acknowledged the defect and issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. I’m not sure why they would be restocking a defective part. I suppose they will ship it to they next customer so they can make another 15% restocking fee....

Deceived by prices
I buy a food supplement for liver health, the average price of which is usually around 5. 70 AU$, it is also shown on the Internet, on the portal 'all medicines', but I was given the same in Origo Meness pharmacy, but for 13 AU$. I started to doubt the price, but the pharmacist tells me with absolute confidence that the product has never been cheaper! I bought in embarrassment, thinking I was wrong.
