Poor service
About a year ago, we bought a Dormeo Memory 2 + 12 mattress, which was advertised as a high quality product that addresses back pain problems. We tried, it turned out that it does not solve anything, but if the back is healthy, it starts to hurt. As a result, we wanted to return the mattress. When I called Dormeo, the phone no longer sounded the kind voice of the salesman, but the voice of a furious employee, which quite kindly explained that we had to return the mattress ourselves and bear all the costs associated with it. There was no time to deal with the return, and the cost to do so is quite high. After a while, we decided to sell the mattress for at least some price. Given that we had home repairs, I had lost the warranty coupon. 13. 06. 2019 I called the Dormeo manager by phone. 67807675 and along with the warranty renewal, knowing that they register customers in their database and all purchases made by the customer are known to them, so the renewal of the warranty can not cause problems. In a kind voice, the manager made me realize that there would be no renewal of the guarantee and a reminder that the documents needed to be kept better! Without a guarantee, I can't sell it at all - I'll have to burn it! Dormeo mattress is extremely low quality. You need to know that mattresses that adapt to the shape of your back contribute to its deformation! It is best to sleep on a hard surface if your spine is healthy. If ill, materials that adapt to their shape will contribute to its further deformation. Also, if you have ever bought something from Dormeo, then count on the dealers to call you constantly and come up with proposals at the most inopportune times and tell them what special proposals they have developed just for you! Dormeo's main task is to sell and do everything possible, creating obstacles, rudely speaking, inventing inconvenient ways of return, so that only the "smeared" product is not taken back!
