Door replacement

There are noticable defects between the panes, obviously the window can’t be totally clean from either side &; needs replacement! The defects are only on 1 panel. This needs to be resolved asap. Thanks in advance for your help! User’s recommendation: I would only recommend if I m provide food & fair customer service.
