Poor service, detective product
I bought a hair clipper from the online store AZ Electronics. The website stated that the battery lasts for 30 minutes, but in real operation the battery life was about 10 minutes. I went to the AZ Store and wanted to write a waiver, however the seller stated that this is a hygiene product and the right of withdrawal does not work here. That is why I wrote an application for a change of goods. I received the answer that I have refused to change the goods, because with this hair clipper everything is in the best order. I also contacted ptac, where I was told that Tomer could exercise the right of withdrawal because the website did not state that it was a hygiene product and it was not packaged as a hygiene product. So the store deceived me. I called the rd consultation phone and told me about the situation, a woman named Dana,I was told very rudely that it was complete nonsense and I did not have the opportunity to give up when I asked about the battery or it was tested, even more rudely I answered that she is no longer a mechanic. 14 days have passed and I no longer have the opportunity to write a waiver. I had bought rdelectronics for many years, but this was definitely the last time!
