I have placed an order and ordered 2 items marked "receive tomorrow". After I made the payment, the message appeared: "We will deliver your order on November 27". Which I also counted on. A man to screw up a tv has reclaimed from work (which is very difficult to do). 27.11. In the evening I call 220 to find out where my order is, to which I received the following answers (I called 3 times): 1. The sign "receive tomorrow" was only on one item. / but as shown in the picture, they are a delusion / 2. It was written there after payment that 28.11. Delivery will take place / but as shown in the picture, they are a delusion / 3. Sorry, but now we will have to wait longer. Then I sent these pictures to 220 and indicated that I would translate ptac if the store continued to mislead customers. After about 3 hours, I was called by a woman who, in my opinion, spoke rudely and very aggressively. Conversation: - Hello, you called for the order, we inform you that the delivery will be on 28.11. -why? -because it was also in the write system and so we have delivery times if you don't want to - you can cancel your order and receive your money in about 5 business days. -It was written in the system that I will receive on November 27th. -no. It was not there. Read more carefully and it is stated that 99% we deliver the next day. So you have it 1%. -but a specific delivery date was written there after the payment! -so what? It does not matter. -then what are you pointing to? -You can complain to us anyway. We will not go to us, they will just write to you and everything. From this conversation I can conclude: - the sign "deliver tomorrow" is misleading and 110.shop has no reason to write 99%, because they cannot prove this information. Don't worry about this and when sending the product do not take into account that the product will be on time - the employees themselves believe that the date that appears after payment does not mean anything -110.shop believes that the only function of ptac is to, maybe (probably!) they have some ends ptac, because as the employee said - it doesn't matter. I do not recommend this store.
