Unable to reach a live person to resolve issues where they continue to take money out of my bank account when I discontinued my service with them

Since Ive never been able to actually talk to a live person I really dont know what is going on they no longer had a call center you have to email and wait weeks for someone to get back to you User’s recommendation: Avoid them go somewhere else.
