theater absolutely disgusting

We went to the Sawgrass Regal Cinemas Sunday, 6/11/17, and given tickets to view a movie in Auditorium 2. I am appalled that people are sent into that theater. I bought 4 movie passes for a gift. When my friends got to the movies Regal Cinemas in Spokane charged an extra $1.50 per person because they said they had new seats. I made me and Costco look bad.
