Fraud

I received an order today from AZ Electronics. But when I drove home from the store and opened it I realized that this product is used. Okay I came to terms with it but when I noticed that the lamp doesn't work for the product... Well all I go to the store to complain about and I will never buy from you again in your store sells used and torn goods... Never buy there ever... Bad idea >
