There was a very unpleasant situation with this company. I understand a lot of work, but we are all human. The courier arrived on Thursday (16. 04. 2020) called twice, I could not pick up the phone at that time (I was in the facilities). I called him 10 times because I saw him coming to the house next door (I couldn't leave because I couldn't leave a small child alone). The courier did not pick up the handset. Then I got a message so that I could call the missed nmra. What I did before. I contacted the courier service by e-mail, still did not answer. Call-said to send tomorrow. The next day I called and said that there was a sorting error, it would be on Monday. I called on Monday morning - I was not even connected to the operator, the answering machine immediately announced that the shipment had been delivered to the sender. Very unpleasant situation on their part. Of course my mistake is that I didn't pick up the phone right away. But if you have at least some respect for your customers then ask to bring the handset.
