Objective Evaluation

I would like to say that my experience with STIPT was more positive than negative compared to other agencies. I switched to STIPT through a well-known intermediary, I was already in the Netherlands, so I can't comment on travel expenses and deductions. About the job - when I met the representative, I immediately said that greenhouses / tomatoes / etc. may not be offered. The office had to pass a test to test the required skills. I got a job in a great logistics company, where the management was local, the hours were delivered on time, the holidays could be arranged. To this power it is added - work is awarded based on a person's abilities. Language skills, previous experience, attitude. Without knowing how to put two letters in English, nothing but gluing stickers or reading tomatoes shines. Naturally. Must be able to realistically assess yourself and what you can offer the employer;) everything was fair in terms of salary. Aiga leaves always on time, salary paid on time. Delays were warned. I have always asked my colleagues (Dutch) to translate what is written in the leaflet. There were no mystical deductions. My place of residence was good. My apartment in Rotterdam, where I live with friends. Everything necessary for living is provided. Furniture as everywhere. There was no TV, the internet was a snag, but it was improved after a humane questioning in the office. Had to wait a week, two, because the specialist one, who drives all the calls. Others had Rotterdam's feet (not to be confused with the stipt service hotel schiedama) I visited there often. The conditions were pleasant - the apartment-type rooms, with fully equipped kitchens, had a tv and good wifi. Private bathrooms. The only laundry room was a separate room with several washing machines. Laundromat style. Transport to / from work was more or less well organized. For me, all the drivers were good drivers, understandably at bedtime. Before going home, always checked or everyone in the car. I had heard that other reckless riders or brakes, unresponsive. It depends. My reason for leaving was the people around me. And none other than the Australians themselves. The big problem is drugs. Which choose to use each individually, do not already stipt pay a salary in grams or discs. In principle, unless you are put with such in the room, it can always be kept to pieces. It was possible to change, as long as you found someone who would go to your bad neighbors. Mutual relations, intrigues, envy. In both familiar and office circles. Without going into details, I was offered opportunities, but I refused them myself, because I felt that I had exhausted myself and just wanted to go home. Given the rather irresponsible termination of my employment without formal notice, the holiday pay and final salary were paid relatively on time. To sum it all up - if you show that you are not a duck who can be thrown in the ears, learn to resolve disagreements humanely, go to work regularly and use the brain given by nature, then stipt is a good enough place to start your work in the Netherlands. If you see this, I want to say thank you to the team as a whole and individually. P.
