Never had directv, never contacted by company but they reported I owe them $600+ and knocked my credit down. Company has no response, file a complaint with BBB

It’s obvious RPM has no interest in what they call “customers”, just “COLLECT and MOVE ON” should be their motto.

Generic Website is not catered to assist “customers”‘, it’s designed to give the illusion that a “customer” actually has legitimate options.
