Shared feelings

I tried to find out here who was complaining about Elkor. Whole 17 (!) Pages about this store. The main squeaks were about: 1) why there are no sellers who speak American clearly, 2) why the sellers do not come, hide, stand in flocks, scream, 3) slow service (repair), 4) poor quality electrical equipment, mainly compasses. Then my opinion about it is this: 1) I believe that the seller can normally explain the minimum info about the product in American, there are simply several foreigns who are disgusted there and do not want anything. A tedious, long day, there is no desire for everyone to flatter and really tell about the product, if a person does not know what he wants. It is not an excuse to answer that you know nothing - if you do not know, to call a more knowledgeable colleague, out of trouble. 2) As salespeople change frequently in Elcor, many are new, recent employees who will learn what they need over time. What is the point of them coming and trying to explain what they do not yet understand? You can't learn from AZ about the whole chapter in one day. Parking in flocks is no longer allowed. I understand the work is hard, but be polite not to bark like a mare standing at the box office (Elkor Home I observed this ten in the toy department - than personal, but there was always one girl who laughed like a horse, regardless of whether a potential customer misses or not) 3) from a lot reliable source, as far as I understand, then the service is slow, because in United Kingdom there are no longer the necessary parts to repair the relevant devices. Therefore, this repair also drags on for a month or more 4) There is nothing to blame the seller - not even he manufactured their camera or computer. The seller only recommends, tells and sells. If so, you can contact your senior department heads. The conclusions for me are this: in the past, Elkor was a shop I passed with a bend. Now - you can buy good bikes and other items on installments. The sellers are correct, kind at a normal level - it's not like many here say that "dandruff old men are already 100 meters away". BECAUSE - as far as I have seen, a high-ranking person named Jessie (from Plazas) says that future employees must be knowledgeable, competent, have in-depth knowledge of their department. That Elkor salespeople in terms of sales and service must be perfect and serve the person perfectly. In reality, it is not. In reality, the seller may also be unaware of a grumpy customer who thinks of himself as communicating. And I forgive looking at the phone - the salesman is also just a person, he wants to communicate with his people even during non-lunch. But as from the outside I noticed that one man was cycling in the department (short hair) at the checkout for about 3 minutes. stood "chasing the bazaar" on the phone with "Janku" that there will be a conch, some kind of event is expected, where then watch its management? Or is the salesman at least not taught at the checkout - serving a person, will you talk after no one is there? One way or another - Elkor prices are often exaggerated. Know how much you can get discounts with an employee card, go to work there yourself and then buy what you need, it pays off. Sellers should understand how to treat the customer, politely, humanely explaining. What do not know to ask colleagues. Customers - everyone is just people and can not be a person smiling 11 hours a day unless you are angry. So - serious intonation of the voice should not be perceived as reluctant speech. Yes, there are salespeople who look at "what are you going to do again?....", but if a person has a serious face, then it just is. Don't complain now that the seller had this or that facial expression.
