I’ve been on hold for 5 hrs, now the phone lines are dead

I’ve tried to get through 4 times since Friday. Their system is broken. 5 hours on hold. Now the phone lines just lead to silence. I get it, they’re busy – so ramp up your business. Consumers won’t stay trapped with you for long. User’s recommendation: Don’t book an iportant flight with RBC Rewards.
