Fraud and poor service together.

About 6 months ago I went to the nearest bee service center to learn about mobile internet (wii fii router). ) (wireless) the story was good but not true. She said your address coverage is excellent, and there are customers from your neighborhood who use this type of Internet. The speed will be constant even when connecting up to 10 devices. Pff. Since I hadn't turned on the TV many times in 6 months, I hadn't really noticed the fact that the internet speed is so wild that it's not possible to watch TV in the evening. The TV program requires 10mb / s and the bee cannot provide it in the 21st century. You don't have to laugh here, you have to cry. Then when I call after 6 months and please check the quality of service, then I have to start measuring the data, send pictures, write emails one after the other to prove that it really is. Sorry, sorry. Shame. But either way, I'm a fool and I signed a contract for 24 months and now I have to pay a fine for the amount specified in the contract if I refuse the service, even though the specified internet speed is not provided at any time.
