Racepages – worst customer service

I have 7 cars in my household and end up buying a lot of parts on line. On occasion I have ordered parts from autoparts warehouse, partstrain, Dr. auto parts and most recently from racepages.com. Racepages has delivered by far the worst service and I will never go back. I ordered 2 parts - a fuel pump and installation O ring and paid a premium for shipping. Racepages very promply extracted the money from my credit card and then seemingly forgot all about actually delivering the items. They emailed me a UPS tracking number but did not deliver the package to UPS for 4 days, a week later it arrived without the O ring so I still could not install it. They also sent me an order number so I could theoretically check my order status on their website, unfortunately that part of their webside doesn't work either. They do have a customer service chatline that I used when only half my order had shown up and had a completely frustrating conversation with a customer service agent who was not able to answer any questions at all about my order. A day later I get an email telling me that they had just shipped my order with another tracking number. Apparently it will get her in another week. So, if you are looking for quick efficient delivery of the parts you ordered, don't go to racepages.com.
