Trying to get heat

I am using the remote but can’t seem to get heater to work. I am not sure if this has a heater system. My Model is QSHE-123/QSHC-123. I don’t have the guide to the remote, can you be of assistance to me. I am not a pissed client. Thank you very much Vicki

Quietside Heating Equipment is big rip off!

Bought and had installed a quietside s-line condensor all in one heater/hot water system.
