This obviously isnt the number I need. Theres no way to find a human to speak to with this company unless you go into the testing center. I am very unwell and want to save an unnecessary trip.

Make company aware of how bad their customer service billing department is.

Tried for 7 months to straighten out a bill for a Vitamin D test. Billed the wrong insurance company, then rebilled and had the wrong code. Had simple labs drawn on Wednesday 2/25, Dr office called on 2/27 and said they did not receive my labs yet and until they got them I could not do my Methotrexate injection

Lab tech did not want to draw the amount of blood ordered and left out some labs that were order.

Do not refuse the bus

16.06.19 right 15.05 route Jersey City-Oakland my driver did not allow the bus because I said when I am intoxicated I called the police they confirmed when I wasn't and plus plus I was sent off by the police when I didn't have a alcohol intoxication and I was adequate to what would happen to that nordeka if it was the last money to go then I would walk to Oakland . A very unpleasant situation is coming up.
